Service Description
CPR/AED This course is designed for anyone wishing to learn CPR/AED for adult, child and infant. It is the certification required for many professionals to include, but is not limited to: teachers, personal trainers, child care workers, foster parents, coaches, and construction and lay-workers. Certification is good for two years. First Aid Included in the course is an interactive video covering: First aid basics- Medical emergencies, Injury emergencies, and Environmental emergencies. First Aid instruction includes: bandaging, bleeding, wounds, choking, shock, seizure, fainting, broken bones, sprains, burns, bites, stings, poison, and temperature-related conditions, to name a few. NOTE: You are required to have the current AHA manual with you in class. You may either obtain it on your own or purchase it through CPR by RMG LLC. Cancellation Policy
Registrant Cancellations and Refunds- CANCELLATION* Cancellations made prior to 48 hours may be eligible to receive a refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee OR the funds may be applied toward future CPR by RMG courses, minus a $10.00 administrative fee. Please see “Refunds” below for additional details. Cancellations made less than 48 hours are not eligible for a refund. Funds may be applied toward future CPR by RMG courses, minus a $10.00 administrative fee. Same day cancellations/no show are not eligible for a refund, but the funds may be applied toward future CPR by RMG courses, minus a $20.00 administrative fee. RESCHEDULE Notification prior to 48 hours, the student can reschedule the course with no reschedule fees. Notification less than 48 hours, the student can reschedule a course, but a $10.00 reschedule fee shall apply. Same day notification, the student can reschedule a course, but a $20.00 reschedule fee shall apply. REFUNDS Approved refunds may be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or a check may be mailed out. Refunds will be made less book and supply charges for opened or used books or supplies.
